Lakeland Regional Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Clinic’s certified Pilates instructors will be offering a free Pilates class to cancer patients and survivors.
The class will be offered on the following dates from 9:30 – 11 a.m. at the clinic, located at 2125 Harden Boulevard:
