Congratulations to Wilton Sinclair for being named employee of the month in September. As an Environmental Services aide, Wilton makes it his mission to help provide a clean and safe environment for LRMC patients and staff.
No task is too big or small for Wilton as he diligently cleans staff offices, dusts tall ceilings, sanitizes restrooms and the list continues. He is known throughout the hospital for his positive attitude and shining personality.
“We are constantly receiving comments from staff and patients about how Wilton goes above and beyond,” said L’Wanna Taber, Environmental Services manager. “He is always engaged, pleasant and ready to help others.”
“I can’t think of anyone more deserving than Wilton. He is the most kind, dedicated individual in the world,” said Jan Booker, Medical Library.
“Wilton is a beacon to our facility and to our patients. He is everything we look for in an employee at LRMC,” said Deborah Newbern, Patient Financial Services manager.
Wilton began working at LRMC eight years ago, and he is proud of what he has accomplished during that time. “I have had the opportunity to achieve a great deal, and I look forward to working here for many years to come,” said Wilton.
On a personal level, Wilton is known for his love of wrestling and Kung Fu movies. He also enjoys attending church, going out to dinner and riding his bicycle all over town.
