Congratulations to Mary Jane Seymour, MS, RN, BC, Manager of Advance Practice Nursing, for being named LRMC’s Manager of the Quarter. Mary Jane has been a part of the LRMC family for more than 38 years, and is passionate about leading Advance Practice Nursing, Diabetes Education and LRMC’s Gerontology initiatives.
Through collaboration and orchestration of resources, Mary Jane promotes the clinical team’s direction. She is committed to excellence and known for her ability to inspire others.
“Mary Jane always gives 100 percent toward accomplishing a goal. She is respectful of the opinions of her team members and she brings out the best in each of them,” said Jackie Yon, ARNP, MS, CCRN, CCNS, AVP.
“Mary Jane is an incredible manager. She never micromanages and she inspires each of us to shine in our respective areas,” said Glenda Kaminski, PhD, RN, AOCN, CRNI, Advance Practice Specialist, Oncology.

On a personal level, Mary Jane says she enjoys the simple pleasures of life. “Whether that is spending time with friends or family, or surrounding myself with the beauty of nature,” said Mary Jane. Always trying to preserve memories, Mary Jane also enjoys amateur photography and scrapbooking.
