Congratulations Idis “Nellie” Keith, PCA-C, B4, on being named October’s Employee of the Month! 
Nellie has been with LRMC for 30 years. In her current position, she ensures all her patients receive quality care. From comfort, to health, along with promotion of a clean environment, she pays attention to every detail.
“Nellie does those ordinary things in an extraordinary way,” said Carla Lauer, RN, B4 Manager. “And that’s what makes a difference to our patients.”
Currently, Nellie is furthering her education, as she recognizes that this will help her with her present duties, as well as her future goals.
In her spare time, Nellie enjoys visiting family and friends, reading the Bible and spending time with her husband.
“I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone in this place,” said Nellie. “When I come to work, I treat my patients as though they were myself. If it weren’t for all of you, I wouldn’t be here today.”
