LRMC Names Employee of the Month
Tuesday, January 5 2010
Congratulations William Causwell, Nutrition and Food Service Grill man, on being named December’s Employee of the Month!
“Thank you for being an outstanding employee,” said Tom Lawson, Manager Retail Food Service. “It was easy to write the nomination!”
William begins his daily preparation for the grill at 4 a.m. He then ventures downstairs to get all the meats, such as breakfast favorites sausage and bacon, ready to go. In addition, William organizes the catering for doctors’ lounges and the mother/baby unit.
Becoming a team leader in his department, and in doing so, continually learning more about his co-workers, which helps him to be more compassionate in his work are listed among his professional achievements.
Within a large stack of emails Tom Lawson received regarding William, the following remarks were listed: quality service; pride in job; integrity; each person feels special after they’ve gotten something from Mr. William; all-around wonderful; and if I miss work, when I return, he wants to know if I’m okay.
In his spare time, William enjoys watching boxing movies, yard work and spending time with his wife. So, it’s no wonder that his personal goals include to continue being the best possible husband and father. His professional goal is “to always treat people with courtesy, dignity and respect.”
William, thank you for your four-and-a-half years of service to LRMC. We appreciate all you do!
