Chief Academic Officer

Graham Greene, MD, FACS, FRCS, is the chief academic officer for Lakeland Regional Health Systems graduate medical education program. As a published author of numerous medical works and a participant in multiple clinical trials, Graham is ideally suited to oversee the hospital’s transformation into a teaching hospital and lead the GME program.

Graham, a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist, also leads Lakeland Regional Cancer Center’s Prostate Cancer Center of Excellence, where he relies on his extensive experience in urologic oncology to drive positive patient outcomes and deliver the highest standards of oncological care.

Prior to joining LRHS, Graham served as the chief of urologic oncology for 10 years at the University of Arkansas. He held the prestigious position of the Robert Woods Bass Chair in Urologic Oncology and was named director of the Center for Prostate Cancer Research in 2005. Graham also played a key role in founding the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Graham’s specialties include treating locally and advanced bladder cancer, reconstructive surgery building orthotopic neobladders, advanced kidney cancer surgery and robotic prostatectomies.  In addition, he has extensive experience in testicular cancer, penile cancer and surgical removal of retroperitoneal sarcomas.
